Cookie Policy
Draft — pending final counsel review. The cookie inventory below mirrors what the platform actually sets today.
We use a small set of first-party cookies. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the ad-free tier, and we never sell cookie data.
What we set

What we don't do
- No third-party advertising or behavioral-targeting cookies on the ad-supported tier — pre-roll inventory is contextual, not personalized.
- No cross-site tracking pixels.
- No fingerprinting beyond standard server logs (IP, user-agent).
How to control cookies
Browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking bng_session will sign you out and disable playback. Blocking bng_pref resets preferences each visit but everything still works.
Do Not Track
Because we do not run cross-site behavioral tracking, the DNT header has no effect on our cookie use. We honor it conceptually — we already do not do the thing it asks us not to do.
Changes
New cookies are added to this page before deployment. Material changes are announced via the in-product notification system.
